我们正在招募一名全栈实习生，协助研发内部工程平台与业务应用的前后端开发与迭代，包括数据与模型管理平台、训练与发布流水线的可视化、运维与监控工具、以及面向业务的轻量应用。你将与平台、算法和 SRE 团队密切协作，在导师指导下完成从需求梳理到上线运维的完整闭环。 主要职责 - 参与内部平台与工具的前端开发（组件设计、交互体验、可视化图表） - 参与后端接口与微服务开发（API 设计、权限与审计、稳定性治理） - 对接平台与云原生基础设施，打通数据/模型/训练/部署等核心流程的可视化与操作 - 编写高质量工程代码与测试用例，完善文档与使用指南 - 协助构建脚手架与自动化流水线（CI/CD），提升迭代效率与发布稳定性 - 参与问题排查与性能优化，跟进线上反馈并持续改进用户体验

- 本科或硕士在读，计算机/软件工程/自动化/电子信息等相关专业，保证至少 3 个月全职实习（或每周 4 天以上） - 掌握 Web 前端基础：HTML/CSS/JavaScript，熟悉至少一种主流框架（React/Vue/Angular） - 具备后端开发基础，熟悉一种后端语言与框架（Node.js/Express、Python/FastAPI/Django、Go/Gin 等） - 了解 RESTful 或 GraphQL API 设计，具备基本的数据库使用能力（MySQL/PostgreSQL/Redis） - 具备良好的代码习惯与协作能力（Git、代码评审、Issue/需求跟踪） - 学习能力强，逻辑清晰，能独立推进任务并主动沟通 加分项 - 了解微服务与容器化（Docker/Kubernetes），会编写基础 CI/CD 流水线（GitLab CI/GitHub Actions） - 有平台/内部工具产品经验或开源项目贡献、技术博客/作品集
