我们正在招募一名异构计算方向的应届生，加入核心基础架构团队。你将参与涵盖高性能计算、编译构建与系统性能优化的交叉领域工作，在导师指导下深入学习异构计算平台的设计与实现，与感知、规划以及基础架构方向的工程师协作，共同打造高效的 L4 自动驾驶计算系统。 主要职责 根据你的兴趣与特长，参与以下一项或多项方向： - 参与计算中间件与资源调度系统的设计与开发，学习多平台抽象与统一管理 - 协助进行全链路性能分析与瓶颈定位，学习使用专业性能工具 - 参与面向不同硬件平台（x86/ARM，GPU/NPU）的适配与优化工作 - 协助建设基于 Bazel 的跨平台编译体系，支持交叉编译与多语言混合编译 - 参与可观测性与性能回归体系的构建（Profiler/Tracing/自动化测试）

- 本科或硕士应届毕业生，计算机/电子/自动化/微电子等相关专业 - 对系统底层原理有强烈兴趣，具备扎实的 C/C++ 编程能力 - 满足以下至少一项： - 了解 CUDA 编程模型或 GPU 计算基本原理 - 使用过 perf、gprof 等性能分析工具，能进行基础性能诊断 - 理解 C/C++ 编译链接过程与 Linux 程序运行时基本原理 - 修过计算机体系结构相关课程，理解缓存/流水线/内存层次等概念 - 学习能力强，善于钻研底层技术问题 加分项 - 了解 LLVM/MLIR 编译框架或有相关课程项目经验 - 有 Bazel 或 CMake 构建系统使用经验 - 有 ARM/RISC-V 等非 x86 平台开发经验 - 有高性能计算竞赛或相关课程项目经历 - 有开源贡献或技术博客
