我们正在招募一名 SRE / 基础设施方向的应届生，加入基础设施与平台工程团队。你将在导师指导下，参与公司云资源管理、网络基础设施建设、Kubernetes 集群运维以及自动化部署体系的建设与优化，系统学习生产级基础设施运维的核心技能，为自动驾驶技术研发提供坚实的基础设施保障。 主要职责 - 参与公有云资源的日常管理与维护，学习资源规划与成本优化策略 - 协助设计与搭建办公网络及内部基础设施 - 使用 IaC 工具（Terraform/Ansible 等）参与基础设施的自动化管理与标准化建设 - 参与 Kubernetes 集群的日常运维、故障排查与性能优化 - 协助设计与优化 CI/CD 流水线，提升服务部署效率与发布稳定性 - 参与资源自动化管理平台的开发与维护 - 编写运维文档与自动化脚本，沉淀运维最佳实践 - 协助处理系统运行中的各类技术问题，参与值班与应急响应

- 本科或硕士应届毕业生，计算机/软件工程/网络工程/自动化等相关专业 - 扎实的 Linux 系统基础，熟悉常用命令、文件系统与 Shell 脚本编写 - 了解计算机网络基础知识（TCP/IP、DNS、HTTP、路由与交换、防火墙等） - 了解 Docker 容器技术基本概念，有实际使用经验者优先 - 掌握至少一种编程语言（Python/Go/Shell），具备自动化脚本编写能力 - 学习能力强，对系统底层、基础设施与可靠性工程有浓厚兴趣 - 具备良好的问题分析能力、沟通能力与团队协作精神 加分项 - 了解 Kubernetes 基本架构与核心概念（Pod/Service/Deployment/网络模型等） - 使用过 Terraform、Ansible 或其他 IaC 工具 - 有云平台（AWS/阿里云/腾讯云）使用经验 - 了解 CI/CD 基本概念，使用过 GitLab CI/GitHub Actions 等工具 - 了解云原生生态（Service Mesh/可观测性/容器安全等概念） - 有网络安全基础知识或相关实践 - 有个人技术博客、开源贡献或相关竞赛经历
