岗位职责 1. 供应商管理：开发、评估和管理供应商，覆盖自动驾驶软硬件、车规级零部件及整车改装相关物料。 2. 采购与成本控制：负责询价、比价、商务谈判及合同执行，推动采购降本和供应风险控制。 3. 计划与交付：根据研发、试制及量产需求制定采购计划，跟进物料交付，保障项目进度。 4. 库存管理：优化备料和库存水平，降低缺料、呆滞料风险。 5. 跨部门协同：与研发、生产、质量及财务团队配合，推动物料选型、替代方案及供应异常闭环。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，供应链、物流、机械、电子或相关专业优先。 2. 具备5年以上采购或供应链管理经验，有汽车、自动驾驶、机器人或智能硬件行业经验优先。 3. 熟悉供应商开发、采购谈判、交付管理及成本分析，能够独立推动采购项目。 4. 了解汽车电子、传感器、计算平台、线控底盘等相关品类，有车规级供应链经验优先。 5. 沟通协调能力强，执行力强，能够适应研发迭代快、多项目并行的工作节奏。

加分项 - 有自动驾驶重卡、新能源商用车或主机厂供应链经验。 - 有从研发试制到小批量、量产交付的完整项目经验。
