Nossa área de Logística vive um momento de forte evolução, e buscamos um(a) Analista de Logística para atuar no acompanhamento das operações de distribuição do canal Farma, garantindo que os pedidos sejam entregues dentro dos prazos e das exigências de cada cliente.

Aqui, você terá um papel importante na integração entre transportadoras, clientes e áreas internas, acompanhando indicadores, solucionando ocorrências e antecipando possíveis problemas para garantir a eficiência das entregas.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Acompanhar os pedidos do canal Farma desde a liberação até a entrega, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e procedimentos de cada cliente.
  • Realizar e monitorar agendamentos de entregas junto a clientes, distribuidores e centros de distribuição.
  • Identificar e solucionar ocorrências logísticas, como atrasos, recusas, divergências de pedidos, falta de agendamento e problemas documentais.
  • Acompanhar as operações das transportadoras, monitorando coletas, entregas, comprovantes e cumprimento dos SLAs estabelecidos.
  • Atuar em parceria com o time Comercial, fornecendo informações sobre status dos pedidos, previsões de entrega e ocorrências.
  • Monitorar indicadores logísticos, como OTIF, OTD, entregas pendentes e índice de ocorrências.
  • Identificar riscos de atraso e atuar preventivamente junto às áreas responsáveis.
  • Manter controles e sistemas atualizados, garantindo a rastreabilidade dos pedidos e a confiabilidade das informações.
  • Analisar problemas recorrentes, identificar causas e propor melhorias nos processos de agendamento, transporte e atendimento ao canal Farma.
  • Garantir o cumprimento das exigências logísticas e documentais dos clientes.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Ensino superior completo em Logística.
  • Experiência mínima de 1 ano na função ou em atividades relacionadas à área de Logística.
  • Conhecimento em Excel.
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade de interação com diferentes áreas e parceiros.
  • Dinamismo e autonomia para conduzir demandas e solucionar problemas.
  • Capacidade de acompanhamento de processos, análise de ocorrências e monitoramento de indicadores logísticos.
