Aqui, você terá contato direto com desafios reais de negociação e gestão de fornecedores, interagindo com Produção, Qualidade e a Gerência de Compras, em um ambiente ágil e altamente estratégico.

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

  • Conduzir cotação, negociação e fechamento de compras de insumos ligados diretamente ao processo produtivo (matérias-primas, embalagens e serviços de industrialização com terceiros), incluindo análise de contratos;
  • Analisar propostas comerciais, comparando preço, custo, impostos, prazos e condições;
  • Gerenciar a carteira de fornecedores, incluindo avaliação de desempenho e homologação;
  • Emitir e acompanhar pedidos de compra, garantindo cumprimento de prazos (follow-up);
  • Negociar contratos e condições comerciais com fornecedores estratégicos;
  • Identificar oportunidades de redução de custos e melhoria de processos;
  • Garantir conformidade das compras com políticas internas, orçamento e requisitos regulatórios;
  • Elaborar relatórios e indicadores de desempenho da área.

Requisitos e qualificações:

Ensino superior completo em Administração, Logística, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência em compras, com experiência essencial em aquisição de insumos e contratação de terceiros (materiais/serviços ligados diretamente ao processo produtivo).

Vivência em indústria voltada para os negócios farmacêutico, dermocosmético ou alimentício é diferencial.

Desejável conhecimento em ERP (Sankhya, SAP, TOTVS ou similar).

Excel avançado e ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas à rotina de compras.
