Especialista de Atracción de Talento

Objetivo del puesto: Asegurar el reclutamiento y vinculación de profesores de planta a nivel de preparatoria y profesional, mediante estrategias alineadas a las necesidades académicas y tendencias del mercado laboral, garantizando procesos efectivos centrados en la experiencia del candidato y el posicionamiento de la UDEM como empleador de excelencia.

Responsabilidades principales:

1. Gestionar integralmente el proceso de atracción desde la apertura de la requisición hasta que cierra la vacante asegurando la experiencia del candidato.

2.Gestionar y asegurar las evaluaciones requeridas para validar la alineación del perfil del candidato con el perfil Next Gen Faculty UDEM (investigaciones laborales, rubricas del perfil, psicometría, clase modelo).

3. Asegurar el cumplimiento de documentos requeridos para instancias acreditadoras mediante la integración del expediente de nuevo ingreso y reingreso de profesores.

4. Gestionar integralmente la recolocación de profesorado foráneo y extranjero, asegurando la coordinación de todos los aspectos logísticos y administrativos, incluyendo hospedaje, transporte, mudanza nacional o bono correspondiente, así como coordinar el trámite de permisos laborales y visas por residencia familiar.

5. Asegurar el onboarding del profesorado de planta mediante su registro en el curso autogestionado activo en CANVAS, seguimiento del término del mismo y actualización anual de la información documentada en el mismo.

6. Mantener actualizada y vigente la base de datos de ingreso de profesores que permite dar continuidad a todo el proceso de onboarding y asignación de cuentas del profesor UDEM, así como la presentación de indicadores a la Gerencia.

7. Participar activamente en proyectos y procesos de mejora de la Gerencia.

8. Gestionar los pagos por honorarios del profesor que se encuentre en el extranjero, así como el aseguramiento de documentos fiscales y legales vigentes requeridos para transferencia internacional.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Psicología, Recursos Humanos y/o Administración.
  • Inglés nivel B2/C1 (Indispensable)
  • Experiencia en reclutamiento de posiciones estratégicas y administrativas.
  • Conocimientos técnicos en Entrevista por competencias, psicometría y ATS.
