Zur Unterstützung von Geflüchteten in unserer Gemeinschaftsunterkunft suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Koordinator/ in Gemeinschaftsunterkunft (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (39 Stunden/Woche). In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Betrieb der Unterkunft und schaffen gemeinsam mit allen Beteiligten die Voraussetzungen für ein respektvolles und gelingendes Zusammenleben. Sie sind zentrale Ansprechperson für organisatorische und operative Fragen, koordinieren Abläufe und arbeiten eng mit der Sozialpädagogin vor Ort, städtischen Ansprechpartnern sowie ehrenamtlich Engagierten zusammen. Die Stelle eignet sich auch für Quereinsteigerinnen und Quereinsteiger und bietet geregelte Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis Freitag ohne Wochenenddienste.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemäßen Betriebs der Gemeinschaftsunterkunft in organisatorischer, hauswirtschaftlicher und technischer Hinsicht
  • Organisation der Aufnahme neuer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner sowie verständliche Vermittlung von Abläufen und Hausregeln
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung bei Behördengängen, einschließlich der Koordination von Dolmetscherdiensten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Wachschutz und Polizei sowie Koordination von Hausmeister- und Reinigungsleistungen
  • Unterstützung von Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern beim Übergang in eigenen Wohnraum (Auszugsmanagement)
  • Prüfung von Rechnungen, Führung von Anwesenheitslisten sowie Dokumentation und Umsetzung der Hausordnung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit mindestens dreijähriger Berufserfahrung, beispielsweise als Betreuungs- oder Integrationsassistenz, im Wach- und Sicherheitsdienst oder im Facility- bzw. Objektmanagement
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz sowie Sensibilität im Umgang mit Menschen unterschiedlicher Herkunft und Lebenssituationen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Konfliktlösungskompetenz
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kenntnisse im Asyl- und Aufenthaltsrecht sowie in den Sozialgesetzbüchern sind wünschenswert
