MISIÓN DEL CARGO Asegurar la transformación de las necesidades de negocio en soluciones tecnológicas eficientes, mediante el diseño, estandarización y optimización de procesos operativos, garantizando la trazabilidad de la información y la adopción efectiva de las plataformas corporativas para maximizar el valor estratégico de los datos.

FUNCIONES DEL CARGO

Relevar los requerimientos funcionales del área de negocio mediante metodologías de diagnóstico para definir alcances técnicos precisos en las verticales asignadas. Diseñar modelos funcionales y flujos de procesos optimizados que eliminen redundancias operativas. Documentar las especificaciones funcionales (requerimientos funcionales, diagramas de procesos y criterios de aceptación) para asegurar que el equipo de desarrollo cuente con insumos claros para iniciar con el desarrollo. Gestionar el portafolio de proyectos y evolutivos de su vertical, cumpliendo con los cronogramas establecidos en el plan anual de Business Intelligence. Validar el producto final mediante pruebas funcionales y de aceptación de usuario (UAT) para garantizar que la solución entregada cumple con el 100% de la necesidad inicial. Liderar el plan de gestión del cambio y capacitación a usuarios finales para asegurar una tasa de adopción superior al 90% en los despliegues de plataforma. Monitorear el desempeño de las soluciones implementadas (post-go-live) para identificar oportunidades de mejora continua o nuevos evolutivos. Interconectar los flujos de información entre plataformas para garantizar la integridad y consistencia de los datos de la compañía. Reportar el avance de los indicadores de impacto y ahorros generados por las soluciones implementadas mediante los tableros de control de BI.

FORMACIÓN BÁSICA Bachillerato o Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.

FORMACIÓN DESEABLE / CERTIFICACIONES -Especialización o Maestría en Business Intelligence, Gerencia de Proyectos o Transformación Digital. -Certificación en Metodologías Ágiles (Scrum Master o Product Owner). -Certificación en Análisis de Negocio (IIBA - CBAP o similar). -Conocimientos en herramientas de visualización de datos (Power BI) y gestión de proyectos (Azure DevOps/Jira).

EXPERIENCIA LABORAL Mínimo 6 años en roles similares (Nivel Táctico - Proactivo 3) Experiencia comprobada en el levantamiento de requerimientos, diseño de procesos (BPMN) y despliegue de software empresarial (ERP/CRM/GIS). Capacidad analítica, comunicación asertiva entre perfiles técnicos y de negocio, resolución de problemas y visión sistémica.
