Als Projektkoordinator im Stahlhandel / Exportabwicklung (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der internationalen Auftragsabwicklung. Sie koordinieren Liefertermine, Logistik, Zollprozesse und Projektabläufe und sorgen dafür, dass internationale Kundenaufträge zuverlässig und termingerecht umgesetzt werden.

Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Vertrieb, Einkauf, Logistik, Speditionen und Kunden zusammen und halten alle Fäden in der Hand.

Ihre Aufgaben als Projektkoordinator:

  • Koordination und Abwicklung internationaler Kundenaufträge im Stahlhandel
  • Organisation und Steuerung der Exportabwicklung sowie internationaler Transportprozesse
  • Prüfung exportkontrollrechtlicher Vorgaben und Sicherstellung rechtskonformer Abläufe
  • Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Akkreditiven sowie weiteren Zahlungsabsicherungen
  • Beschaffung von Stahlprodukten nach Kundenanforderungen und technischen Vorgaben
  • Termin- und Lieferverfolgung im internationalen Projektgeschäft
  • Verantwortung für Zollabwicklung und Verzollung internationaler Sendungen
  • Abstimmung mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Speditionen und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe zwischen Vertrieb, Logistik und Export

Diese Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerwiese mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb, Außenhandel oder Technik
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Exportabwicklung von Stahlprodukten in Drittländer
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Zollvorschriften, Ausfuhrbestimmungen sowie des Exportkontrollrechts
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination und Abwicklung von Projekten, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
  • Gutes Verständnis von internationalen Transport-, Logistik- und Lieferkettenprozessen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
