Ihr Tätigkeitsbereich bei uns:

Als QS Prüfer / Qualitätsprüfer (m/w/d) im Bereich Laser und Anarbeitung sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Laserzuschnitte und mechanisch bearbeitete Stahlprodukte zuverlässig geprüft und in einwandfreier Qualität an unsere Kunden ausgeliefert werden.

Ihre Aufgaben in der Qualitätssicherung

  • Durchführung von Wareneingangsprüfungen und Endprüfungen im Bereich Laser & Anarbeitung
  • Qualitätskontrolle von Bauteilen nach Kundenvorgaben
  • Durchführung von zerstörungsfreien Prüfungen (ZfP): Ultraschallprüfung (UT), Magnetpulverprüfung (MT), Farbeindringprüfung (PT)
  • Maßprüfungen und Fertigteilkontrolle mit konventionellen Messmitteln
  • Überwachung der Fertigungsprozesse aus QS-Sicht
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Prüfdokumentationen
  • Durchführung von Sonderprüfungen bei Bedarf

Diese Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit:

  • Sicheres Lesen technischer Zeichnungen sowie Umgang mit konventionellen Messmitteln
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Stahlverarbeitungsprozesse, z. B. Walzen, Kanten, Fräsen, Schweißen
  • Verständnis für Qualitätsanforderungen in der Metall- und Stahlindustrie
  • Eigenständige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
  • Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle (z.B. Metall, Stahl, Maschinenbau)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zum 2-Schicht-Betrieb

Das ist von Vorteil (kein Muss):

  • Zertifizierungen im Bereich MT / PT Stufe 2
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Schweißtechnik oder Schweißkonstruktionen
  • Praxis im Umgang mit einem taktilen 3D-Messarm mit Scan-Optik
  • Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung oder Messtechnik im Stahl-/Metallbereich
