Verantwortung für technische Projekte übernehmen Sie arbeiten gerne eigenverantwortlich, behalten Termine, Kosten und Qualität im Blick und möchten Projekte aktiv vorantreiben? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Teams in Duisburg.

Als Projektleiter / Technische Projektleitung (m/w/d) begleiten Sie Kundenprojekte im Stahlhandel und der Stahlverarbeitung. Von der technischen und kaufmännischen Klärung über die Projektplanung bis hin zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung koordinieren Sie alle Beteiligten und sorgen für eine wirtschaftliche, termingerechte und qualitativ hochwertige Projektabwicklung.

Ihre Aufgaben in der Projektleitung:

  • Ganzheitliche Leitung und Steuerung von Kundenprojekten – von der technischen und kaufmännischen Klärung über die Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung bis hin zur Umsetzungsplanung, Auslieferung und Kundenabnahme
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung aller Projektphasen unter Berücksichtigung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Durchführung von Projektanalysen und Projektreviews, einschließlich Nachkalkulationen sowie Auswertung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Projektkennzahlen

Diese Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit:

  • Technische Berufsausbildung mit eventueller Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister, alternativ ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren technischen Projektfunktion
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis sowie ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Denken
  • Hohes Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Professionelles Auftreten und sichere Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Ansprechpartnern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen

Das ist von Vorteil (aber kein Muss):

  • Erfahrung mit dem Werkstoff Stahl sowie Kenntnisse im Stahlhandel oder in dem Stahlverarbeitung
  • Kenntnisse im technischen Vertrieb oder in der Fertigungssteuerung
