Im technischen Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d) für den Kundenbereich Belgien und Frankreich unterstützen Sie die technische und kaufmännische Betreuung unserer internationalen Kunden. Sie prüfen Kundenanfragen, erstellen Angebote und begleiten Projekte von der Anfrage bis zur erfolgreichen Auftragsabwicklung.

Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Vertrieb, Technik, Produktion und Logistik zusammen und tragen dazu bei, kundenindividuelle Lösungen wirtschaftlich und termingerecht umzusetzen.

Ihre Aufgaben im technischen Vertriebsinnendienst:

  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams durch die Bereitstellung technischer Informationen sowie die Abstimmung kundenspezifischer Anforderungen
  • Erstellung und Kalkulation von Angeboten unter Berücksichtigung technischer Spezifikationen und Kundenanforderungen
  • Prüfung der Fertigungsmöglichkeiten und technischer Umsetzbarkeit zur Entwicklung wirtschaftlicher und kundenorientierter Lösungen
  • Koordination von Lieferungen sowie Abstimmung mit Speditionen zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Logistikprozesse
  • Betreuung von Kunden aus Belgien und Frankreich per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Abstimmung mit Produktion, Technik und internen Fachabteilungen zur erfolgreichen Auftragsabwicklung
  • Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen und lösungsorientierten Kundenbetreuung

Diese Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an technischen Produkten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Grundkenntnisse in CAD-Anwendungen und sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationsgeschick

Das ist von Vorteil (aber kein Muss):

  • Erfahrungen im technischen Vertrieb, bevorzugt in der Stahlbranche oder mit Grobblechprodukten
  • Französischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation mit Kunden in Belgien und Frankreich
