Voor een dynamische organisatie zoeken we een Payroll Officer die de loonverwerking en personeelsadministratie van A tot Z in goede banen leidt. In deze functie ben je het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden rond payrollgerelateerde vragen en zorg je ervoor dat alle HR-administratie correct, tijdig en volgens de sociale wetgeving wordt verwerkt.

Je komt terecht in een veelzijdige omgeving waar zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en een hands-on mentaliteit centraal staan.

Jouw functie

Als Payroll Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse loonadministratie en de operationele payrollverwerking. Je werkt nauw samen met het sociaal secretariaat en ondersteunt daarnaast alle administratieve processen binnen HR.

Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze loonverwerking, volgt personeelsdossiers op en waakt over de correcte toepassing van de sociale wetgeving.

Jouw taken

Payroll & loonadministratie

  • Verwerken en voorbereiden van de maandelijkse payroll van A tot Z.
  • Controleren van prestaties, afwezigheden, overuren, premies en andere looncomponenten.
  • Coördineren van de loonverwerking met het sociaal secretariaat.
  • Controleren van loonberekeningen, loonfiches en payrollresultaten.
  • Opvolgen van payrolldeadlines en voorbereiden van betalingen.
  • Beheer van tijdsregistratie- en planningsgegevens.
  • Signaleren en corrigeren van afwijkingen in prestaties en uurroosters.
  • Verwerken van ziekte, vakantie, arbeidsongevallen en andere afwezigheden.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor vragen over lonen, vergoedingen en looncorrecties.
  • Opmaken van payrollrapporteringen voor HR en Finance.

Personeelsadministratie & sociaal recht

  • Opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, addenda en sociale documenten.
  • Administratieve opvolging van in- en uitdiensttredingen.
  • Beheer van personeelsgegevens en HR-dossiers.
  • Verwerken van wijzigingen in arbeidsregime, loonvoorwaarden en persoonlijke gegevens.
  • Correct toepassen van de Belgische sociale wetgeving en sectorale regelgeving.
  • Opvolgen van dossiers rond arbeiders, bedienden, studenten, flexi-jobbers en uitzendkrachten.
  • Administratieve opvolging van arbeidsongevallen.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van medische onderzoeken in samenwerking met de externe preventiedienst.
  • Ondersteunen van HR-processen en bijdragen aan een efficiënte personeelsadministratie.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor Human Resources, Personeelswerk, Payroll of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen payroll, loonadministratie of personeelsadministratie is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van Belgische sociale wetgeving en payrollprocessen.
  • Ervaring met een sociaal secretariaat.
  • Kennis van PC 302 is een belangrijke meerwaarde.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans.
  • Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Vlotte gebruiker van Excel en HR-software.
  • Ervaring met Acerta is een troef.
  • Discreet, nauwkeurig en sterk cijfermatig.
  • Zelfstandig, georganiseerd en oplossingsgericht.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte aanpak.
