Auto Dialer Specialist (Talkdesk Expert)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Auto Dialer Specialist with deep expertise in Talkdesk to manage, optimize, and support our outbound calling operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience configuring Talkdesk dialers, building call campaigns, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and improving overall dialing efficiency.

This role requires someone who is highly technical, analytical, and proactive in ensuring our sales and customer service teams maximize productivity through Talkdesk.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, manage, and optimize Talkdesk auto dialer campaigns.

Set up and maintain outbound dialing strategies (Preview, Progressive, Predictive, and Power Dialer).

Build and manage agent groups, queues, call flows, and routing rules.

Monitor dialer performance and campaign metrics.

Troubleshoot Talkdesk issues and coordinate with Talkdesk Support when necessary.

Optimize contact lists, lead imports, dispositions, and dialing settings.

Ensure compliance with TCPA, DNC, and other applicable calling regulations.

Generate reports and dashboards to track dialing performance and agent productivity.

Recommend process improvements to increase contact rates and overall efficiency.

Train team members on Talkdesk best practices and workflows.

Collaborate with sales and operations leadership to improve outbound performance.

Qualifications

Required

2+ years of hands-on experience administering and optimizing Talkdesk.

Strong understanding of outbound dialer technologies and campaign management.

Experience with predictive, progressive, power, and preview dialing modes.

Experience creating call flows, queues, routing logic, and automations.

Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.

Advanced English communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred

Experience supporting sales or call center operations.

Familiarity with CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).

Experience with API integrations or workflow automation.

Knowledge of call center KPIs and performance optimization.

Experience training users on Talkdesk.
