Position: Field Coordinator

Location: Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Field Coordinator to support our field technicians while managing recruiting, onboarding, and day-to-day operational coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with people, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for field technicians via text, phone, and email.
  • Coordinate communication between technicians, office staff, and clients.
  • Manage daily attendance, call-outs, schedule adjustments, and timekeeping follow-ups.
  • Help resolve day-to-day field issues quickly and efficiently.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the hiring process from application to job offer.
  • Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews.
  • Complete background and reference checks.
  • Lead new hire onboarding, documentation, system setup, and first-day coordination.

Administrative Support

  • Process employee time-off requests and maintain personnel records.
  • Keep operational documents organized and up to date.
  • Support ongoing field operations and administrative initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting, HR administration, operations coordination, or a related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Available to assist with early-morning callout coordination when needed.
