Position: Financial Reporting & Bookkeeping Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Financial Reporting & Bookkeeping Specialist to support financial operations, reporting, cash flow management, and administrative processes. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong bookkeeping skills with business awareness and a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities in QuickBooks
  • Monitor and maintain cash flow reports and financial records
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with business performance tracking
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial data
  • Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial organization
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks related to finance and operations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve financial visibility and decision-making
  • Help streamline processes to increase efficiency and productivity

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with QuickBooks
  • Solid bookkeeping and cash flow management knowledge
  • Experience preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
