The posting

Position: HubSpot Specialist Location: Remote | Full-Time

We are looking for a highly skilled HubSpot Specialist to support both the technical and marketing side of our operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands CRM systems, lead management, automation workflows, and marketing processes while being proactive, organized, and execution-focused.

The ideal candidate is experienced in building and managing HubSpot systems, improving lead follow-up processes, and creating automations that help scale marketing and sales operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot CRM Management

  • Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM
  • Organize contacts, pipelines, workflows, and reporting systems
  • Keep customer and lead data accurate and updated
  • Build and improve sales and marketing processes inside HubSpot

Lead Management & Follow-Up

  • Monitor and manage inbound leads
  • Ensure timely lead follow-up and proper pipeline movement
  • Create lead nurturing workflows and follow-up sequences
  • Help improve conversion rates and response times

Automation & Workflow Development

  • Build and manage HubSpot automations
  • Create workflows for: Lead nurturing Email automation Pipeline management Task automation Internal notifications and follow-ups
  • Improve operational efficiency through automation and systems optimization

Marketing Support

  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and audience segmentation
  • Support landing pages, forms, and campaign tracking
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting insights
  • Help optimize marketing funnels and customer journeys

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create dashboards and reports inside HubSpot
  • Track KPIs, lead performance, campaign metrics, and pipeline activity
  • Identify opportunities for process and marketing improvements

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with HubSpot CRM and automation tools
  • Experience building workflows, pipelines, and marketing automations
  • Understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing processes
  • Strong technical and marketing mindset
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and proactively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with email marketing and campaign management
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and automation platforms
  • Experience supporting both sales and marketing teams
  • Knowledge of reporting and KPI tracking
