Position: Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Remote | Full-Time

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social media platforms and maintain consistent content posting
  • Create and execute content calendars and marketing campaigns
  • Update website content, blogs, testimonials, and SEO initiatives
  • Improve local search visibility and online presence
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing efforts
  • Conduct outreach to potential customers, referral partners, and industry contacts
  • Research prospects, build contact lists, and schedule appointments
  • Track marketing performance and recommend improvements based on results
  • Support overall marketing operations and growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or social media management
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and results
  • Experience with CRM and marketing tools is a plus
