Position: Operations & Social Media Support Specialist

Location: Remote | Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations & Social Media Support Specialist to help manage daily business operations, customer engagement, and administrative workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

The ideal candidate is dependable, process-driven, and capable of executing established systems while providing valuable feedback on their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Engagement & Community Management

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms
  • Maintain consistent engagement to support audience growth
  • Schedule and publish content using an existing content library
  • Monitor and report fake, duplicate, or impersonation accounts
  • Track engagement activity and provide regular updates

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Perform daily operational checks and maintain accurate records
  • Track assets, equipment, and inventory using established systems
  • Maintain organized documentation and operational logs
  • Ensure data accuracy across business systems and platforms

Financial & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate business records and data entry
  • Support bookkeeping processes by keeping information organized and up to date
  • Assist with reporting and record management to improve operational visibility

Customer Experience & Follow-Up

  • Manage customer follow-up workflows and automated communication sequences
  • Support review-generation and customer retention initiatives
  • Track customer interactions and ensure important requests are properly documented
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and consistent customer experience

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Experience with social media engagement and inbox management
  • Comfortable working with business systems, tracking tools, and operational processes
  • Ability to follow established procedures while identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions when needed
  • Reliable, proactive, and highly accountable
