Position: Sales & Estimating Coordinator

Location: Remote | Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales & Estimating Coordinator to support our lead management and sales process. This role is responsible for handling incoming leads, preparing accurate estimates, managing the sales funnel, and ensuring every customer receives a professional and seamless experience from inquiry to conversion.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, coachable, and thrives in a team environment while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Management

  • Respond promptly to incoming leads and customer inquiries
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline from initial contact through conversion
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads to maximize close rates
  • Track customer interactions and update CRM records accurately

Estimating & Customer Support

  • Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotes and estimates
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding services, pricing, and next steps
  • Ensure all customer information and estimates are properly documented

CRM & Administrative Support

  • Maintain organized and accurate records within CRM platforms
  • Utilize communication tools and systems to support daily operations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer experience

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Excellent active listening and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with CRM platforms and VoIP phone systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented attitude
  • Coachable, dependable, and proactive
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is preferred
