Position: ServiceTitan & Operations Support Specialist

Location: Remote | Full-Time

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive ServiceTitan & Operations Support Specialist to support our business coaching and home service operations clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong ServiceTitan experience, excellent critical thinking skills, and the ability to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain ServiceTitan accounts and workflows
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks across multiple projects
  • Generate reports, track KPIs, and organize business data
  • Support CRM management and process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with customer records, job tracking, scheduling, and workflow management
  • Provide support within ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and FieldEdge platforms
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Complete assigned projects accurately and on time
  • Collaborate with leadership to support business growth and operational success

Qualifications

  • Experience using ServiceTitan is required
  • Familiarity with Housecall Pro and FieldEdge is preferred
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly
