Heb je ervaring binnen HR-administratie en personeelsbeheer en zoek je een tijdelijke opdracht waarin je een brede HR-rol opneemt? Wil je meewerken aan HR-processen, personeelsadministratie en procesverbeteringen binnen een organisatie in volle ontwikkeling?

Als HR Officer ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de HR-afdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat personeelsadministratie en HR-processen correct verlopen en biedt medewerkers een professionele ondersteuning bij administratieve HR-vragen.

Je takenpakket:

  • Beheren en actualiseren van personeelsdossiers zodat alle gegevens correct en up-to-date blijven
  • Opstellen, verwerken en opvolgen van HR-documenten, attesten en overeenkomsten
  • Ondersteunen van medewerkers en HR-collega’s tijdens onboarding- en offboardingtrajecten
  • Vertrouwelijk verwerken en beheren van personeelsgegevens
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor administratieve HR-vragen
  • Opstellen en beheren van opleidingsplanningen en andere HR-gerelateerde planningen
  • Organiseren en coördineren van opleidingen en HR-activiteiten
  • Bewaken van deadlines en zorgen voor een tijdige afhandeling van administratieve acties
  • Overzicht behouden over meerdere lopende dossiers, projecten en prioriteiten
  • Verwerken en beheren van HR-data in verschillende systemen
  • Ondersteunen van HR-rapporteringen en analyses
  • Meedenken over optimalisaties die HR-processen efficiënter en eenvoudiger maken
  • Actief bijdragen aan HR-projecten en initiatieven die de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie ondersteunen

Ben je een ervaren HR Officer die vlot schakelt tussen personeelsadministratie, HR-support en procesopvolging? Heb je minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen HR en ben je beschikbaar voor een tijdelijke opdracht van 3 tot 6 maanden, waarbij je zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en overzicht bewaart?

  • Bachelor denkniveau of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen HR-administratie, HR Operations of personeelsbeheer
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Nauwkeurige, discrete en betrouwbare werkhouding
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office, met een sterke kennis van Excel
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Beschikbaar voor een tijdelijke opdracht van 3 tot 6 maanden
  • Pluspunt: ervaring binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving
