En Universidad Siglo 21 nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un MarTech Specialist, cuya misión será diseñar, configurar, mantener y optimizar soluciones conversacionales —chatbots y asistentes virtuales— que faciliten la atención, orientación y conversión de aspirantes y estudiantes.

El rol tendrá como objetivo mejorar la experiencia digital, la eficiencia operativa y la performance de los canales conversacionales, acompañando los procesos de captación, inscripción y gestión académico-administrativa.

Algunas de tus tareas seran:

  • Diseñar y configurar flujos conversacionales para bots orientados a información académica, admisiones, inscripciones y servicios al estudiante.
  • Analizar el comportamiento de los usuarios e identificar oportunidades de mejora en los recorridos conversacionales.
  • Monitorear indicadores de uso, resolución, satisfacción y efectividad del bot.
  • Optimizar mensajes, respuestas, recorridos y opciones del bot para mejorar la resolución y conversión.
  • Documentar flujos conversacionales, respuestas, configuraciones y buenas prácticas.
  • Articular con equipos de Sistemas, Tecnología y otras áreas internas para la integración del bot con CRM, formularios y plataformas institucionales.
  • Realizar pruebas y ajustes sobre los flujos para asegurar una correcta experiencia de usuario y funcionamiento del bot.
  • Identificar oportunidades de automatización y mejora continua en los procesos de atención y gestión.

Requisitos

  • Contar con experiencia en posiciones similares.
  • Contar con conocimientos básicos de herramientas y tecnologías vinculadas al desarrollo web, como HTML, JavaScript, Performance y herramientas de testing.
  • Contar con conocimientos en diseño y experiencia de usuario (UX).
  • Ser graduado/a de carreras de Marketing, Comunicación o afines.
