¡Nuevo desafío: CAMPUS VILLA MARÍA de Universidad Siglo 21!

Sumamos a nuestro equipo un SOPORTE TÉCNICO IT, quien tendrá como misión brindar el servicio de soporte de microinformática y servicio de soporte de aplicaciones de primer nivel de la Universidad.

Algunas de sus principales tareas serán:

  • Ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento técnico preventivo y correctivo, en hardware y software de los puestos de trabajo y recursos afines.
  • Recibir los requerimientos de asistencia a los usuarios finales y brindar soporte técnico, telefónico y/o en sitio al usuario final en la resolución de problemas hardware y software.
  • Asistencia al cuerpo docente de la universidad en las actividades áulicas sobre el equipamiento tecnológico, asegurando la máxima disponibilidad de los equipos.
  • Aprovisionamiento y operación de los equipos de imagen y sonido para los eventos de la Universidad que así lo requieran.
  • Presentación de propuestas para la automatización y/o mejoras de procesos técnicos que ayuden a la resolución de los incidentes.
  • Gestionar los requerimientos asociados a tecnologia MAC.

Requisitos

💻Experiencia: de al menos 2 años en el departamento de sistemas equipos tecnicos | Excluyente

📚 Educación:

  • Egresado de carreras afines a Análisis de Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación o Ingeniería de Sistemas | Excluyente

📍Modalidad de trabajo: jornada full time presencial Campus VILLA MARIA.
