¡Nuevo desafío, SOPORTE TECNICO!

Sumamos a nuestro equipo un SOPORTE TECNICO que tendra como mision garantizar el funcionamiento continuo de la infraestructura tecnológica de la Sede Nueva Córdoba, supervisando al equipo de soporte local para asegurar una buena experiencia académica a estudiantes, docentes y codocentes. El puesto lidera la atención técnica en aulas, exámenes, áreas administrativas y eventos, y gestiona el equipamiento tecnológico de la Sede.

Principales funciones:

  • Ser el nexo técnico entre la sede, la coordinación de Soporte IT y las áreas institucionales.
  • Organizar y distribuir tareas, turnos y coberturas de los 2 colaboradores a cargo, asegurando presencia en aulas, exámenes y eventos en simultáneo.
  • Priorizar incidencias según su criticidad e impacto en la actividad académica.
  • Soporte a codocentes: atender fallas en PC, impresoras y periféricos. Relevar y derivar incidencias en portales académicos y sistemas institucionales a las áreas correspondientes, con seguimiento hasta su resolución.
  • Realizar el armado técnico de los espacios destinados a eventos (audio, video, proyección, conectividad).
  • Acompañar el desarrollo del evento y resolver cualquier inconveniente técnico que surja.
  • Planificar y ejecutar el mantenimiento preventivo de los equipos utilizados por docentes y codocentes para asegurar su óptimo rendimiento.
  • Mantener actualizado el inventario de equipamiento de la sede (altas, bajas, traslados y estado). Detectar necesidades de reposición o actualización y elevar requerimientos.
  • Registrar incidencias y elaborar reportes periódicos sobre el estado del equipamiento y la actividad del equipo.

Requisitos

🔎 Competencias y conocimientos técnicos claves:

  • Habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de solución de problemas. | Excluyente
  • Capacidad analítica y orientada al proceso. | Excluyente
  • Conocimientos de Sistemas Operativos Windows, Linux, Mac OS | Excluyente
  • Redes LAN/WiFi a nivel usuario y diagnóstico básico.| Excluyente
  • Conocimientos software Ticketing (Jira Service Management Atlassian) | Excluyente

💻Experiencia:

  • Experiencia comprobable, al menos de 2 años, en Soporte técnico IT | Excluyente.
  • Experiencia como Soporte Tecnico en entornos educativos o de alta concurrencia de usuarios. | Deseable.

📚 Educación:

  • Formación de pregrado o grado avanzada en áreas de estudio tales como Sistemas, Informatica, afines | Excluyente.

📍Modalidad de trabajo: jornada full time, presencial en Sede Nueva Cordoba.
