Então, confira esta oportunidade e #VemProUOL!No UOL todas as pessoas são bem-vindas😊, sem distinção de gênero, orientação sexual, etnia, cultura, religião, deficiência etc. O importante é você gostar de desafios, trabalhar bem em equipe, vivenciar nossa cultura e nossa missão de conectar cada brasileiro e brasileira ao seu universo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar em carteira de cobrança de inadimplentes.Realizar cobrança preventiva de clientes visando diminuir a inadimplência inicial.Apoiar nos processos de melhorias contínuas da área.Auxiliar no levantamento das informações para os books mensais de andamento e resultados da área.Apoiar na atualização dos processos da área de cobrança, como manuais e procedimentos.Buscar, junto à coordenação da área, oportunidades escaláveis de otimização das demandas diárias com novas estratégias, ferramentas ou tecnologias.Gerir relatórios, organizar e acompanhar carteira de clientes.Realizar planejamento dos recebíveis e preparação da informação para o fluxo de caixa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com Pacote Microsoft Office, principalmente em Planilhas Eletrônicas e Gráficos – Excel avançado.Conhecimento em cobrança.Informações adicionaisDesejável Conhecimento em sistema ERP SAP – Módulos FI e GL.Experiência em cobrança ativa e passiva.
