Responsable de brindar apoyo administrativo a la Ejecutiva de Cuenta para garantizar el buen funcionamiento de las operaciones relacionadas con las propiedades aseguradas. Esto incluirá la gestión de documentos, el seguimiento de reclamaciones, domino de las pólizas y servicios ofrecidos y la comunicación con clientes y aseguradoras.

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES

Se pueden hacer ajustes razonables para permitir que las personas con discapacidad realicen las funciones esenciales.

  1. Responsable de apoyar a los clientes en la administración de los seguros.
  2. Apoya en la coordinación de talleres o charlas sobre los beneficios de los seguros para los clientes.
  3. Provee apoyo preciso a la Ejecutiva de Cuenta en torno a solicitudes de vouchers, endosos, cartas de pago, pagos en portales y certificados.
  4. Solicitar financiamientos y cotizaciones.
  5. Trabajar y dar seguimiento a reclamaciones.
  6. Apoya en las pólizas de viajes.
  7. Realiza llamadas de seguimiento de casos que se han enviado a las aseguradoras para resolver de forma inmediata.
  8. Completa formularios a los asegurados.
  9. Encargada de orientar a los asegurados con respecto a sus pólizas y/o reclamaciones y aclararle dudas e inquietudes que le puedan surgir.
  10. Proveer servicio al cliente interno y externo.
  11. Redactar cartas y comunicados.
  12. Manejar, archivar y actualizar documentos y expedientes (físicos y electrónicos).
  13. Gestionar la documentación relacionada con las propiedades aseguradas, incluyendo contratos, pólizas y certificados de seguros.
  14. Mantener las tablas de clientes y de reclamaciones actualizadas.
  15. Participar en la mejora continua de los procesos y procedimientos administrativos para aumentar la eficiencia y la calidad del servicio.
  16. Trabajar carpetas de renovaciones y programas de seguros.
  17. Apoyar en la preparación de informes y presentaciones relacionadas con la gestión de propiedades y reclamaciones.
  18. Apoya a la Ejecutiva de Cuenta a manejar una cartera de 35-40 clientes
  • Colaborar con el equipo de suscripción en la evaluación de riesgos asociados con las propiedades aseguradas, proporcionando información relevante y realizando análisis preliminares.
  • Proporcionar datos y apoyo en la elaboración de informes financieros relacionados con las propiedades aseguradas, como ingresos, gastos, proyecciones y análisis de rentabilidad.

REQUISITOS

  1. Asociado en Administración de Empresa o su equivalente en experiencia en campo relacionado.
  2. Se requiere al menos 2 años de experiencia relacionada en Propiedad & Contingencia.
  3. Previa experiencia en servicio al cliente.
  4. Educación continua sobre compañías de seguro y leyes del comisionado de seguros.
  5. Dominio avanzado de destrezas de: matemáticas, razonamiento, comunicación verbal y escrita.
  6. Dominio de las herramientas Microsoft.
  7. Licencias de conducir vigente
