¡Únete a nuestro equipo en una empresa líder en almacenamiento y distribución en Cataño, Puerto Rico! Estamos buscando un Asociado (a) de Logística para unirse a nuestro equipo. Si eres una persona altamente organizada y orientada al detalle, ¡te estamos buscando!

Descripción del Puesto:

Como Asociado (a) de Logística, serás responsable de coordinar los cargamentos que entran, se almacenan y salen de nuestro almacén. Tu papel será crucial en el apoyo a nuestros clientes para coordinar el transporte de carga y su almacenamiento de manera eficiente y precisa. Esto incluye comunicarte con clientes, transportistas, el personal de almacén y el equipo de recepción para garantizar un proceso sin problemas desde la llegada hasta la salida de la carga.

Responsabilidades:

  • Coordinar con clientes, transportistas y personal de almacén para garantizar la eficiente manipulación de la carga.
  • Asistir a los clientes en la resolución de cualquier dificultad relacionada con los movimientos de carga.
  • Documentar fechas exactas de llegadas y salidas de carga, así como toda la documentación relevante.
  • Recopilar datos importantes sobre la carga, incluyendo MSDS y COA.
  • Generar "pick lists" para cargamentos de salida y coordinar la preparación de pedidos con el personal de almacén.
  • Planificar y comunicar rutas de transporte de manera eficiente.
  • Mantener registros claros de todo movimiento de carga dentro del almacén.
  • Generar facturas precisas para cada movimiento de carga.
  • Asistir en el entrenamiento de nuevos empleados del equipo.

Requisitos:

  • Diploma de escuela secundaria.
  • Bilingüe (español e inglés).
  • Experiencia en manejo de inventario y logística, o disposición para aprender.
  • Competencia en Microsoft Office y manejo de bases de datos.
  • Excelente presentación, colaboración y habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Alto nivel de eficiencia, precisión, integridad y atención al detalle.

Horario: Lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.
