Resumen del Puesto:

  • Apoya al Vice President – IS&T en la definición y ejecución de la visión y estrategia tecnológica del Grupo.
  • Supervisa los equipos de desarrollo, arquitectura, infraestructura, seguridad y gerencia de proyectos (PMO).
  • Lidera la estrategia de adopción, modernización y operación de soluciones en la nube, particularmente Microsoft Azure, garantizando alineación con necesidades de negocio y mejores prácticas.
  • Asegura que las soluciones tecnológicas estén alineadas a objetivos de negocio, cumplan con los niveles de servicio establecidos y sigan estándares de calidad y seguridad.
  • Mantiene comunicación constante con líderes de negocio para garantizar la entrega de valor y la alineación estratégica.
  • Evalúa y mejora continuamente procesos, metodologías, métricas y prácticas tecnológicas a través de todas las áreas de IS&T.
  • Supervisa suplidores, consultores y equipos técnicos, asegurando cumplimiento con políticas, estándares y controles de seguridad.

Funciones Principales

  • Proveer liderazgo estratégico y visión sobre desarrollo, infraestructura, seguridad, arquitectura y PMO.
  • Administrar el portafolio de aplicaciones corporativas (desarrollo, modernización, migración, optimización y retiro).
  • Dirigir y promover la modernización tecnológica mediante prácticas de cloud, integración, automatización, contenedores, IA y data lakes.
  • Establecer controles de seguridad y asegurar la integración de prácticas de ciberseguridad en el ciclo de desarrollo y en entornos cloud.
  • Desarrollar, monitorear y reportar métricas, KPIs, SLAs y desempeño de las áreas bajo supervisión.
  • Evaluar la capacidad del personal, identificar brechas y coordinar adiestramientos y planes de desarrollo.
  • Supervisar la gestión de suplidores y consultores garantizando calidad, eficiencia y cumplimiento de estándares corporativos.
  • Participar en análisis, arquitectura, reingeniería de procesos y evaluación de iniciativas tecnológicas a nivel organizacional.
  • Ejercer supervisión de personal, incluyendo evaluación de desempeño, coaching, manejo de conflictos, planes de sucesión y disciplina conforme a políticas corporativas.

Educación y Experiencia Requerida

  • Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas con concentración en Sistemas de Información o campo relacionado.
  • Mínimo de trece (13) años de experiencia profesional en Sistemas de Información, dirigiendo áreas de desarrollo, arquitectura, infraestructura, consultoría o funciones similarmente complejas.
  • Experiencia previa en la industria de seguros (suscripción, reclamaciones, operaciones) — preferible.
  • Experiencia comprobada liderando estrategias tecnológicas, arquitectura empresarial, integraciones y operaciones en la nube (preferiblemente Azure).
  • Habilidad para evaluar impacto, costo, riesgo y viabilidad técnica de soluciones modernas.

Competencias y Habilidades Clave

  • Pensamiento estratégico avanzado y capacidad analítica para anticipar riesgos y oportunidades tecnológicas.
  • Dominio técnico en arquitectura, integración, infraestructura, aplicaciones y soluciones de nube.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación ejecutiva y manejo de relaciones a nivel directivo.
  • Liderazgo demostrado de equipos multidisciplinarios, incluyendo desarrollo, infraestructura, seguridad y PMO.
  • Capacidad para establecer y mantener controles, políticas y métricas tecnológicas.
  • Bilingüe (español e inglés), con habilidad para presentar a grupos ejecutivos.
  • Alta capacidad de ejecución, priorización, toma de decisiones y manejo de múltiples iniciativas simultáneas.
