Descripción del Puesto:

El Collection Clerk será responsable de administrar eficientemente el proceso de cobranza, garantizando la recuperación oportuna de los fondos pendientes. Este puesto requerirá una atención meticulosa a los detalles, habilidades organizativas excepcionales y una comunicación clara y efectiva con los clientes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar el seguimiento de cuentas pendientes y realizar acciones de cobranza según sea necesario.
  • Comunicarse de manera efectiva con los clientes para resolver problemas de facturación y facilitar el pago.
  • Mantener registros precisos de las transacciones financieras y actualizar la base de datos de clientes según sea necesario.
  • Coordinar con otros departamentos para resolver problemas de cobranza y garantizar la integridad de los datos financieros.
  • Proporcionar informes periódicos sobre el estado de las cuentas por cobrar y las acciones tomadas para su resolución.

Requisitos:

  • Grado Asociado en Administración de Empresas de una institución educativa acreditada.
  • Experiencia mínima de dos (2) años en el área de cobros, o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.
  • Experiencia en Financiamiento de Primas de Seguro, preferiblemente.
  • Capacidad demostrada para manejar volúmenes de trabajo elevados y cumplir con fechas límite establecidas.
  • Habilidad para realizar múltiples tareas simultáneamente y establecer prioridades eficientemente.
  • Excelentes habilidades de trabajo en equipo y colaboración con otros departamentos.
  • Fuertes habilidades interpersonales, orientadas al servicio y manejo efectivo del público.
  • Amplio conocimiento en el manejo de sistemas informáticos y habilidades avanzadas de mecanografía.
