Responsabilidades

  • Preparación de descripciones de tareas/puestos Preparación de formas y documentos
  • Manejo de encuestas y auditorías
  • Coordinación de reuniones y visitas
  • Realizar entrevistas a empleados
  • Envió de comunicados a empleados y clientes, entre otras tareas relacionadas al apoyo de Recursos Humanos
  • Apoyar con el proceso de nuevos expedientes de empleados
  • Apoyar con la administración de beneficios
  • Prepara y envía comunicados con información que provee el equipo de consultoría
  • Llamadas de seguimiento a empleados (para recordatorios, apoyo con documentos, trámites de certificados, licencias, documentos de cumplimiento, etc.)

Requisitos:

  • Excelentes destrezas de comunicación escrita y verbal
  • Bachillerato en Recursos Humanos
  • Bilingüe: Español e Inglés
  • Dominio de herramientas de tecnología de Office 365

Habilidades requeridas:

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de servicio al cliente
  • Excelentes habilidades de organización y atención al detalle
  • Comprensión práctica de los principios, prácticas y procedimientos de recursos humanos
  • Competente con Microsoft Office Suite o software relacionado
