The posting

Descripción General del Puesto: Junto con el Chief Investments Officer y el Vice President (CIO&VP), administra el portafolio de inversiones de la empresa y sus subsidiarias de acuerdo con la política de inversiones vigente. Asegura el cumplimiento con las políticas, procedimientos y regulaciones aplicables. En conjunto con el VP, dirige y coordina las actividades del área de Investment siguiendo las políticas y procedimientos establecidos.

Funciones:

  1. Analizar diferentes productos de inversión, incluyendo sus características de crédito y mercado.
  2. Revisar y evaluar la Política de Inversiones para el Grupo y sus afiliadas.
  3. Analizar y preparar informes semestrales de cumplimiento con el capítulo 6 del código de Seguros.
  4. Identificar oportunidades de inversión en el mercado de valores y presentar recomendaciones al CIO y al VP.
  5. Preparar boletos y realizar transacciones de compra y venta de valores en conjunto con el CIO.
  6. Analizar y manejar estructuras de financiamiento y liquidez.
  7. Diseñar presentaciones sobre el estado de las carteras de inversión.

Requisitos Principales:

  • Maestría en Administración de Empresas con concentración en Finanzas y ocho (8) años de experiencia en manejo de inversiones y finanzas, o una combinación de educación y experiencia equivalente.
  • Experiencia en supervisión de personal y desarrollo del capital humano.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) o herramientas similares.
  • Capacidad para analizar información, evaluar casos y tomar decisiones acertadas.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en el manejo y análisis de datos de carteras de compañías de seguro (preferible).
  • Habilidad para manejar altos volúmenes de trabajo y cumplir con fechas establecidas, gestionando múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con otros.
  • Habilidad para definir problemas, recopilar información, establecer hechos y llegar a conclusiones válidas.
  • Destrezas de liderazgo, proactividad y manejo de situaciones de trabajo.
  • Completamente bilingüe (español e inglés), con capacidad para leer, escribir y hablar en ambos idiomas, y para hacer presentaciones a grupos y comunicar ideas y planes a diversos grupos de interés.
