La Gerente de Recursos Humanos será responsable de liderar la estrategia de gestión de personas, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo, el fortalecimiento de la cultura organizacional y el desarrollo del talento. Este rol combina visión estratégica con ejecución práctica, siendo clave para impulsar el crecimiento y la sostenibilidad de la empresa.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Gestión del Talento: Diseñar y supervisar procesos de reclutamiento, selección, onboarding y planes de sucesión.
  • Desarrollo Organizacional: Implementar programas de capacitación, coaching y evaluación de desempeño que promuevan el crecimiento profesional.
  • Relaciones Laborales: Fomentar un ambiente laboral positivo, gestionar conflictos y garantizar el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral vigente.
  • Compensación y Beneficios: Administrar políticas de remuneración, incentivos y beneficios competitivos.
  • Cultura y Clima Organizacional: Promover valores corporativos, iniciativas de bienestar y estrategias de retención de talento.
  • Gestión Administrativa: Supervisar nómina, contratos, expedientes y procesos internos de personal.
  • Innovación en RRHH: Incorporar herramientas digitales y métricas de análisis para optimizar la toma de decisiones.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Psicología, Relaciones Industriales o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones de liderazgo en Recursos Humanos.
  • Conocimiento sólido en legislación laboral y mejores prácticas de gestión de talento.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y liderazgo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y orientados a resultados.
  • Manejo de herramientas tecnológicas de gestión de RRHH.
