Mantiene en buenas condiciones las facilidades físicas de la Empresa a través del cumplimiento de las siguientes responsabilidades.

Deberes y responsabilidades esenciales:

Lleva a cabo reparaciones y mantenimiento correctivo de todas las facilidades de las diferentes compañías según le sea requerido.

Lleva a cabo un itinerario de mantenimiento de las facilidades incluyendo, pero no limitado a pintar, cambiar luces, limpieza y reparación de aires, mudanzas entre otros.

Sirve de enlace con proveedores de servicio para el mantenimiento de las facilidades y se asegura que estos cumplan con el servicio requerido.

Responde a llamadas de emergencias realizadas por el Administrador de Facilidades o Personal de la alta gerencia.

Lleva a cabo inspecciones rutinarias de las facilidades para asegurarse que las mismas se encuentren en óptimas condiciones.

Prepara los salones de reuniones y salones de conferencias con las sillas, mesas y materiales necesarios para actividades coordinadas.

Cumple con los procedimientos operacionales estándar (SOP) y se asegura que los procesos se lleven según planificados.

Ofrece apoyo en tareas y/o proyectos especiales, según asignado.

Educación y/o experiencia:

Diploma de Escuela Superior. No se requiere experiencia para el desempeño de las funciones antes expuestas.

Licencias y/o certificaciones:

No se requiere licencias y/o certificaciones para ejercer las funciones antes expuestas. Sin embargo, para la ejecución óptima de sus funciones se podrían requerir licencias o certificaciones adicionales relacionadas al puesto.

Idioma:

Habilidad para leer, escribir y hablar en el idioma español.

Demandas físicas:

Las demandas físicas descritas a continuación representan aquellas que tienen que cumplirse por el empleado para ejecutar exitosamente las tareas esenciales de su puesto. Se podría hacer acomodo razonable para que individuos con impedimentos puedan realizar las funciones esenciales del puesto.
