The posting

Encargado de reparar, instalar, mantener o ajustar maquinaria utilizada para producción y procesamiento industrial. También pueden instalar, desarmar, o mover maquinaria y equipo de producción.

Objetivo:

Todos los empleados son responsables de proteger la inocuidad de los alimentos producidos o manejados por la empresa. Cada empleado debe cumplir con los programas de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura, procedimientos de higiene, controles de proceso y reportar cualquier condición que pueda afectar la seguridad del alimento.

Deberes Básicos:

Los empleados de La compañia., tendrán los siguientes deberes básicos en el ejercicio de sus funciones:

  • Observar las medidas de seguridad e higiene establecidas por el patrono.
  • Abstenerse de incurrir en conducta impropia, desordenada, delictiva o inmoral que pueda afectar los mejores intereses del patrono.
  • Cumplir las órdenes e instrucciones del patrono en el ejercicio regular de sus facultades directivas.
  • No competir con la actividad de la empresa del patrono, salvo que se disponga de otra manera por ley o en un acuerdo de empleo.
  • Contribuir a mejorar la productividad y competitividad de la empresa del patrono.
  • Todos aquellos deberes que se deriven del contrato de empleo o de las reglas y normas establecidas por el patrono que no sean contrarias a la ley, la moral y el orden público.

Responsabilidades de la Posición:

  • Realizar todos los ajustes y cambios de la máquina.
  • Realizar el Set Up de la máquina.
  • Asegurar la calibración de la máquina.
  • Realizar los mantenimientos preventivos de las máquinas y lubricación.
  • Llevar una bitácora de lo trabajado en cada máquina diaria.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con el Operador Mecánico.
  • Realizar reparaciones de transmisiones, motores, entre otros.
  • Manejar herramientas manuales y eléctricas.
  • Realizar Troubleshooting.
  • Trabajar en los PLC de las máquinas.
  • Informar de cualquier desfase.
  • Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y ordenada.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar maquinarias en cualquier área de producción, según la necesidad del negocio.
  • Proveer apoyo en el área de producción en cualquier tarea que sea necesaria.
  • Comunicarse y cooperar con supervisores y compañeros de trabajo.
  • Seguir normas de servicio de calidad y cumplir procedimientos y normativas del departamento.
  • Ejecutar tareas y apoya en el cumplimiento del Programa de Mantenimiento Preventivo.
  • Cumplir con las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura.
  • Asegurar la realización de tareas de mantenimiento según el cronograma de mantenimiento.
  • Mantiene las herramientas asignadas en condiciones higiénicas. Cumple con el control de las herramientas y materiales de manera que se evite la contaminación cruzada.
  • Todas aquellas responsabilidades que surjan según la necesidad de La compañia.

Responsabilidades de Inocuidad Alimentaria:

  • Verificar cumplimiento de GMP.
  • Confirmar ejecución de controles del proceso.
  • Reportar desviaciones inmediatamente.
  • Asegurar segregación de producto no conforme.

Cultura de Inocuidad de los Alimentos:

  • Responsable de cumplir con la inocuidad de los alimentos de la empresa.
  • Reportar inmediatamente cualquier situación que pueda afectar la seguridad del producto.
  • Seguir todos los procedimientos de GMP, HACCP y controles preventivos.
  • Participar activamente en entrenamientos y programas de inocuidad.
  • Promover comportamientos que protejan la calidad y seguridad del alimento.

Requisitos del puesto:

  • Grado Técnico o Asociado en Mecánica Industrial, Electromecánica, Electrónica Industrial, Automatización o área relacionada
  • Certificaciones técnicas en PLC, electricidad industrial o mantenimiento industrial (preferible).
  • Mínimo 4–5 años de experiencia en mantenimiento industrial o roles técnicos en manufactura
  • Experiencia comprobada en reparación de maquinarias industriales (incluyendo PLC y troubleshooting)
  • Capacidad para interpretar planos técnicos mecánicos y eléctricos
  • Conocimiento en normas de seguridad industrial
