Estamos en la búsqueda de un(a) Office Manager altamente capacitado(a) y con habilidades analíticas para liderar las operaciones diarias de nuestra clínica veterinaria. La persona ideal debe ser organizada, comunicativa y capaz de trabajar bajo presión, con un enfoque en la resolución creativa y eficiente de problemas. Buscamos a alguien con flexibilidad horaria para atender situaciones de emergencia y garantizar el funcionamiento óptimo de la clínica.

Responsabilidades:

  • Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones administrativas y financieras de la clínica.
  • Gestionar el personal, asegurando un ambiente de trabajo eficiente y armonioso.
  • Desarrollar e implementar procedimientos para mejorar la organización y productividad.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas y estándares del sector veterinario.
  • Manejo de proveedores, inventario y compras para garantizar el abastecimiento adecuado de insumos.
  • Coordinar la atención al cliente, asegurando una experiencia de alta calidad para los dueños de mascotas.
  • Resolver problemas de manera proactiva y buscar soluciones innovadoras para optimizar los procesos.
  • Apoyar en la planificación y ejecución de eventos y actividades especiales de la clínica.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa en administración de oficinas, idealmente en el sector de salud o veterinario.
  • Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar múltiples tareas a la vez.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
  • Pensamiento analítico y capacidad para la toma de decisiones.
  • Enfoque en la resolución creativa y eficiente de problemas.
  • Alta organización y atención al detalle.
  • Flexibilidad horaria para atender imprevistos y emergencias.
  • Conocimientos básicos en manejo financiero y control de costos.
