Atiende clientes y público en general que visita las facilidades de la compañía, ausculta el propósito de la visita, los registra en sistema de visitas y canaliza sus solicitudes según los procedimientos correspondientes. Recibe y canaliza llamadas telefónicas, según la naturaleza de las mismas.

Deberes y responsabilidades esenciales:

Atiende llamadas y las canaliza de acuerdo al propósito de las mismas.

Atiende visitas, registra y determina la naturaleza de las mismas dirigiéndole al personal correspondiente.

Solicita inspecciones al tasador o al ajustador de recepción.

Recibe y entrega mensajes o transferencia de llamadas del personal correspondiente no disponible.

Contesta preguntas básicas de productos y servicios que ofrece el departamento y la empresa.

Atiende mensajeros externos y coordina el recogido de mensajería del departamento cuando sea necesario.

Entrega cheques en la recepción y envía cheques por correo de acuerdo a las instrucciones.

Realiza otras tareas clericales que le sean asignadas, tales como archivar, compaginar, indexar o fotocopiar documentos, contestar seguimientos, entre otras.

Cumple con los procedimientos operacionales estándar (SOP) y se asegura que los procesos se lleven según planificados.

Participa en proyectos y/o tareas especiales, según solicitado.

Educación y/o experiencia:

Grado Asociado en Administración o área relacionada y un (1) año de experiencia en servicio, o cualquier combinación de educación y experiencia equivalente.

Excelentes destrezas de relaciones interpersonales y servicio al cliente

Conocimiento en el manejo de sistemas de computadora y manejo del teclado.

Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y colaboración con otros.

Destrezas para manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente y trabajar bajo presión.
