Es responsable de diagnosticar, recomendar y reparar las unidades que le hayan sido asignadas de una manera correcta y segura en el menor tiempo posible siguiendo los procesos establecidos por los fabricantes y la empresa. Este debe confirmar que su reparación fue realizada adecuadamente y de que la unidad sea segura para el uso del cliente. Debe recomendar los mantenimientos sugeridos por el tiempo o millaje de la misma. Tiene que hacer uso adecuado de los equipos de la empresa y mantener su área de trabajo limpia.

TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES 1. Deberá mantener los índices de satisfacción del cliente aceptables por los fabricantes. 2. Entender, respetar y cumplir con las leyes federales y estatales relacionadas a la disposición de aceites y fluidos peligrosos y/o contaminantes. 3. Mantiene y promueve un contacto profesional con los clientes y sus compañeros de trabajo. 4. Evalúa y discute diariamente con el Service Leader los estatus de las reparaciones de las unidades que le han sido asignadas. 5. Deberá realizar diagnósticos completos a las unidades que se le asignen. 6. Deberá reparar de manera rápida, segura y efectiva cada unidad que se le asigne. 7. Mantiene una comunicación directa y constante con el Service Leader mediante la cual discuten cualquier tipo de asistencia y/o autorización necesaria para completar su labor. 8. Informa inmediatamente al Asesor de Servicio si ocurriese algún suceso que impacte el tiempo de entrega estimado al cliente y si la unidad necesitase algún tipo de trabajo adicional y/o mantenimiento

Requisitos

Licenciado como Técnico Automotriz. Conocimientos en CDK o programa relacionado a la Industria automotriz. Habilidad para leer y entender instrucciones e información en Español e Inglés Habilidades mecánicas especializadas Licencia de Conducir vigente y con récord aceptable como conductor. Habilidad para trabajar en equipo Asistencia y puntualidad Conocimiento tecnológico básico Mantener una imagen corporativa Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión
