The posting

Objetivo: El vendedor de desechables ecológicos es responsable de vender productos respetuosos con el medio ambiente a clientes potenciales mientras asegura un excelente servicio al cliente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Identificar clientes potenciales y generar ventas a través de visitas a empresas o eventos.
  • Mantener una cartera de clientes y hacer seguimiento a pedidos previos.
  • Presentar y demostrar los distintos productos de desechables ecológicos, explicando sus beneficios ambientales y de costo a los clientes.
  • Realizar cotizaciones y presupuestos acordes a las necesidades del cliente.
  • Asesorar al cliente en la planificación de sus compras para asegurar el abastecimiento oportuno.
  • Realizar gestiones administrativas relacionadas con el proceso de venta, incluyendo la facturación, la entrega y las devoluciones.
  • Resolver consultas y quejas de clientes con rapidez y eficacia y realizar informes de seguimiento.
  • Mantener informado al gerente de ventas sobre las tendencias del mercado y las necesidades de los clientes.
  • Participar en eventos y ferias comerciales para promocionar los productos y la marca.

Requisitos:

  • Estudios universitarios en administración, marketing, negocios o afines.
  • Experiencia previa en ventas de productos similares.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Capacidad para establecer relaciones interpersonales efectivas con los clientes.
  • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo presión.
  • Dominio de MS Office y plataformas de seguimiento de clientes.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional.
