El Gerente de Proyecto es responsable del manejo, administración, estrategia y liderazgo de los proyectos con el objetivo de entregarlos a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto establecido, calidad, alcance y satisfacción esperada del cliente, en cumplimiento con las metas y objetivos de la Empresa. En adición, busca nuevas oportunidades de ventas en todas las verticales del negocio y se responsabiliza por la gestión de cierre.

ROLES / RESPONSABILIDADES Maneja proyectos cumpliendo con las políticas, normas y procedimientos establecidos por la empresa para asegurar la culminación exitosa de éstos y en cumplimiento con las regulaciones aplicables y el logro de los objetivos y las metas asignadas.

Desarrolla y/o participa en la definición del alcance de cada proyecto y se asegura que participen y exista el compromiso de todas las partes interesadas correspondientes.

Gestiona proactivamente el alcance para asegurar que lo acordado sea entregado y que de haber cambios sean documentados y aprobados por el cliente y la empresa.

Establece y vigila el cumplimiento de un plan de trabajo detallado para cada proyecto compuesto por: las fases de implementación correspondientes, las fechas proyectadas para el cumplimiento de cada fase, los recursos a emplearse, los encargados de los procesos y la documentación del estatus de cada fase, incluyendo, pero sin limitarse a los siguientes esfuerzos: Asegurar la disponibilidad y asignación de los recursos humanos o tecnológicos, coordina y/o dirige reuniones con los recursos internos y de terceros para asignar, monitorear, documentar, actualizar y asistir en las fases del proyecto, así como facilitar la búsqueda de soluciones alternas para lograr la ejecución de cada proyecto, establece y mantiene buenas relaciones con todas las partes interesadas del proyecto, incluyendo terceros, vendedores y/o suplidores, identifica, desarrolla, revisa, discute, aprueba y/o ajusta la comunicación de los proyectos, desarrolla planes detallados de los estatus de las fases de los proyectos y vigila su progreso.

Crea, mantiene y almacena, de forma íntegra y constante, toda la documentación de los proyectos, utilizando la aplicación determinada por la empresa.
