Missions & Responsabilités

  • Identifier et prospecter des sites propices à l'implantation de centrales photovoltaïques en toitures ou ombrières, tous segments confondus
  • Développer la notoriété d'Urbasolar et construire des opportunités et réseaux d'affaires durables
  • Comprendre les besoins de chaque client pour proposer des solutions et stratégies commerciales adaptées
  • Piloter les études de faisabilité et formaliser les offres commerciales jusqu'à leur présentation
  • Représenter Urbasolar auprès des prospects et négocier les contrats d'engagement
  • Assurer le suivi de votre activité commerciale dans le CRM et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des process internes

Profil & Compétences requises

  • Vous avez une expérience en prospection et négociation commerciale, idéalement dans le secteur de l'énergie ou de l'immobilier
  • Vous maîtrisez l'analyse de marché et savez identifier des opportunités à fort potentiel
  • Vous vous intéressez à l'énergie photovoltaïque et en maitrisez les bases techniques
  • Des notions en droit de l'environnement, droit immobilier et urbanisme sont un atout
  • Vous êtes autonome, à l'aise dans la relation client et savez construire une argumentation claire
  • Même si vous ne remplissez pas tous ces critères, nous serons ravis de découvrir votre candidature
