Pilotez la plateforme documentaire d'Urbasolar et donnez-lui une nouvelle dimension grâce à l'IA. Rejoignez une équipe où vos idées comptent et où la diversité des parcours est une force.

Missions principales

  • Définir et piloter la feuille de route d'Urbadoc en lien avec les besoins métiers et les priorités de l'entreprise
  • Finaliser les migrations documentaires en garantissant la qualité du classement, des métadonnées et des droits d'accès
  • Coordonner le cycle de vie des sites SharePoint et les applications construites au-dessus de la plateforme
  • Accompagner les équipes terrain à travers la communication, la formation et le support
  • Identifier des cas d'usage de recherche, de data room et d'extraction de données, en lien avec les équipes Data et IA
  • Piloter les prestataires et partenaires, en veillant aux coûts, à la qualité et aux délais

Profil & Exigences

  • Vous avez de l'expérience comme Product Owner, chef de projet digital ou responsable de solution collaborative transverse
  • Vous connaissez SharePoint / Microsoft 365 et avez déjà participé à des projets de migration ou de gouvernance documentaire
  • Vous aimez fédérer des interlocuteurs variés et obtenir des décisions sans lien hiérarchique direct
  • Vous êtes curieux·se, rigoureux·se et à l'aise avec l'ambiguïté
  • Vous avez déjà une première expérience de mise en place de solution d'IA générative
  • Même si vous ne remplissez pas tous les critères, nous serions ravis de recevoir votre candidature
