Beverage Service, Guest Experience & Bar Operations

Are you energetic, personable, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through quality beverages and excellent service? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced entertainment environment while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service?

Our client is seeking a Mixologist / Bar Attendant to prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages while contributing to the overall energy of the Enzo experience, supporting beverage sales, maintaining excellent hygiene standards, and helping develop signature drinks that complement Enzo’s entertainment offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other approved beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Create and recommend signature Enzo drinks and seasonal beverage options.
  • Deliver excellent and engaging customer service.
  • Recommend and upsell beverages to guests.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, portioning, and quality.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic bar/workstation.
  • Monitor beverage ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
  • Conduct opening and closing stock counts where required.
  • Report low stock, damaged items, wastage, or discrepancies promptly.
  • Minimize unnecessary wastage and ensure proper use of ingredients.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
  • Support birthdays, corporate events, private bookings, and other events.
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Service, Events, and Operations teams during busy periods.
  • Ensure equipment and bar tools are properly cleaned, maintained, and stored.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum SSCE/OND; hospitality or mixology certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or similar role.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of cocktails and mocktails.
  • Strong customer-service and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of hygiene and safe beverage handling.
  • Must be available for weekends, events, and public holidays as required.

  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy entertainment environment.
  • Excellent presentation and attention to detail.
  • Energetic, personable, and comfortable interacting with guests.

Key KPIs

Performance will be assessed through beverage quality and consistency, beverage sales/upselling, customer feedback, stock accuracy, wastage control, hygiene standards, speed of service, and compliance with operational procedures.
