✈️ Travel Operations, Customer Experience & Ticketing

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Consultant to manage end-to-end air travel queries. You will be the face of the organization, handling reservations, ticketing, and post-booking support while ensuring a seamless experience that is far beyond the ordinary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-channel queries (calls, emails, chat) for flight bookings, fares, and airline policies
  • Execute ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds with accuracy
  • Navigate complex schedule changes and IRROPS to ensure traveler safety and satisfaction
  • Liaise with global airlines and internal tech teams to resolve bottlenecks in real-time

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Travel & Tourism or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in travel operations (OTA or airline environment preferred).
  • Experience handling B2C and/or B2B travel clients

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
  • Strong understanding of advanced fare rules and ticketing processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow tools.
  • Knowledge of IATA regulations and travel compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
