Sales, Market Expansion & Regional Growth

Are you a results-driven sales professional with strong experience in managing regional markets and driving B2B growth? Do you have a deep understanding of the Eastern Nigerian market and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships?

Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Representative – Eastern Region (East, North-East, South-East, South-South) to drive sales performance, expand market coverage, and strengthen customer relationships across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales within the assigned regions.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
  • Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales or regional sales roles
  • Prior experience in industrial products (such as ethanol, chemicals, or related sectors) is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets across multiple territories
  • Strong understanding of the Eastern Nigerian market and distribution networks
  • Experience managing distributors or channel partners is an advantage

  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities
