The posting

Principais atividades:

  • Realizar lançamentos, conferência e análise de notas fiscais de entrada, saída e serviços;
  • Auxiliar e realizar apurações fiscais de empresas do Simples Nacional e Lucro Presumido, conforme nível de conhecimento e autonomia;
  • Apoiar nas rotinas fiscais de empresas do Lucro Real;
  • Realizar apuração de tributos federais, estaduais e municipais;
  • Conferir retenções de impostos incidentes sobre notas fiscais e serviços;
  • Elaborar e transmitir obrigações acessórias, seguindo os procedimentos e prazos estabelecidos;
  • Realizar conferências e controles necessários ao fechamento fiscal mensal;
  • Efetuar consultas e acompanhar pendências fiscais nos órgãos municipais, estaduais e federais;
  • Apoiar o atendimento às solicitações e dúvidas fiscais dos clientes, com orientação técnica da equipe quando necessário;
  • Manter controles, documentos e informações fiscais devidamente organizados;
  • Cumprir os procedimentos operacionais (POPs) e contribuir com sugestões para melhoria das rotinas;
  • Acompanhar os prazos e demandas sob sua responsabilidade, mantendo as atividades atualizadas no sistema.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência em Departamento Fiscal de escritório de contabilidade;
  • Conhecimento das rotinas fiscais e tributárias;
  • Conhecimento em Simples Nacional e Lucro Presumido;
  • Noções de Lucro Real;
  • Vivência com apuração de tributos federais, estaduais e municipais;
  • Conhecimento em obrigações acessórias, como SPED Fiscal, EFD Contribuições, DCTFWeb, REINF, entre outras;
  • Conhecimento em retenções tributárias;
  • Conhecimento de Excel e familiaridade com sistemas contábeis;
  • Residir em São José dos Campos-SP e ter disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente na região Central da cidade.
