Dan ben jij misschien de Senior Advisor die we zoeken voor ons Team International Accountancy.

We zijn meer dan accountants: samen met onze klanten denken we proactief mee en bieden we advies op maat. Digitalisering en kwaliteit vormen daarbij een essentieel onderdeel van onze dagelijkse werking. Vanuit onze embedded advisor-aanpak bouwen we doelgericht verder aan onze internationale dienstverlening binnen Accountancy.

++ Jouw rol als Senior Advisor International

Als Senior Advisor International ondersteun je internationale klanten bij hun Belgische accountancy- en rapporteringsverplichtingen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen Team International Accountancy, andere businesslines (tax, legal, advisory) én ons internationaal netwerk om klanten correct, efficiënt en proactief te begeleiden.

Afhankelijk van je ervaring neem je meer verantwoordelijkheid op.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Je staat in voor de opmaak en opvolging van accountancydossiers van internationale klanten
  • Je helpt Belgische cijfers correct inpassen binnen een internationale rapporteringscontext (bv. BE GAAP, groepsrapportering, mapping)
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit, deadlines en afspraken richting klant
  • Je woont klantbesprekingen bij en krijgt zo inzicht in hoe jouw werk bijdraagt aan het grotere geheel, terwijl je je vaardigheden in klantgericht samenwerken verder ontwikkelt
  • Je bouwt geleidelijk inzicht op in de business en structuur van je klanten, zodat je anticiperend kan adviseren en niet enkel reactief handelt
  • Je hebt de ambitie om verder te kijken dan cijfers alleen en klanten écht te begrijpen om hen beter te kunnen begeleiden.
  • Je signaleert vragen of risico’s en stemt af met je team manager of interne experten
  • Je werkt mee aan procesverbetering, standaardisatie en digitalisering binnen het team
  • Je neemt dossiers autonoom vast en je krijgt de mogelijkheid om naargelang je dossierkennis een meer trekkende rol binnen internationale dossiers op te nemen.
  • Je denkt inhoudelijk mee over oplossingen voor de klant
  • Je coacht jouw junior collega’s of stagiairs en helpt hen de kennis van internationale dossiers te verbreden.

  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma Accountancy
  • Je hebt interesse in internationale dossiers en complexere structuren
  • Kennis van fiscaliteit en accountancy vormt voor jou een solide basis
  • Ervaring binnen een accountancykantoor is een plus, maar geen vereiste voor een junior profiel
  • Ambitie om je verder te ontwikkelen (bv. richting ITAA-titel) zien we graag
