Als Finance Officer ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor de correcte en vlotte financiële en administratieve opvolging van één of meerdere vennootschappen binnen de Vandelanotte-groep. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van Finance en andere interne stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat financiële processen efficiënt en kwaliteitsvol verlopen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en analytische ingesteldheid draag je bij aan een sterke financiële basis voor onze organisatie.

Jouw rol en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige en financiële opvolging van één of meerdere vennootschappen binnen de groep.
  • Je verwerkt aankoop- en verkoopfacturen en volgt financiële transacties nauwgezet op.
  • Je voert controles en reconciliaties uit en zorgt voor correcte en volledige financiële gegevens.
  • Je helpt mee bij de voorbereiding van maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij btw-aangiftes, IC-opgaves en andere financiële verplichtingen.
  • Je levert input aan voor rapporteringen en ad-hoc analyses.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van processen en denkt actief mee na over optimalisaties en digitaliseringsinitiatieven.
  • Je neemt ownership over de correcte opvolging van de aan jou toegewezen vennootschappen.

Even afchecken

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma in accountancy, finance of een aanverwant domein.
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring binnen boekhouding of finance.
  • Je beschikt over een goede basiskennis van boekhoudkundige principes en btw-regelgeving.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op voor je werk.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en houdt ervan om zaken uit te zoeken.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en hebt ervaring met boekhoudsoftware.
  • Kennis van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central en/of Exact Online is een pluspunt.
