Bij horsum word je al vanaf de eerste dag betrokken bij verschillende klantenprojecten. Voor grotere projecten stuur je een (junior) consultant inhoudelijk aan, je evalueert en stuurt hen bij waar nodig. Als Senior business consultant neem je, in nauwe samenwerking met de vennoten, de regie van het project in handen. Als snel word je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant.

horsum is ambitieus en wenst verder te groeien. Als Senior business consultant speel je hierin een belangrijke rol. Je wordt nauw betrokken in het groeiverhaal op verschillende strategische en operationele vlakken. Je coacht de (junior) consultants.

Een greep uit jouw projecten: het operationeel proces van een service-onderneming uittekenen en optimaliseren, de digitalisatie-mogelijkheden van een bouwbedrijf in kaart brengen, een workshop houden bij een productiebedrijf met het oog op procesverbeteringen,…

Jouw opleiding en competenties

  • Je hebt minimum een 3-tal jaar ervaring in digitalisatie. Je hebt bijvoorbeeld gewerkt als business of functioneel analist, implementatie consultant..
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen (Dynamics Business Central, SAP4HANA...), weet welke componenten aanwezig zijn en hoe deze in te zetten om bedrijfsprocessen te optimaliseren.
  • Je hebt een master in Business Engineering, TEW, handelswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig.
  • Je hebt een goede professionele kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel geschreven als gesproken.
  • Je hebt oog voor structuur.
  • Je hebt een kritische en analytische geest.
  • Je hebt uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je coacht graag mensen.
  • Je bent flexibel in veranderende omstandigheden en voldoende stressbestendig om snel te schakelen tussen verschillende projecten met veranderende prioriteiten en deadlines.
